Guest access

Access to the apartment is via ELECTRONIC LOCK, through a mobile app (August App-free). It is essential to have a smartphone.

-The final price of the apartment is according to the number of guests who will use the property.

To access the MOTTO condominium, it will be necessary to previously send official identification of all guests; as well as present them physically upon arrival.

MOTTO apartment tower, has the following amenities available at no additional cost:

a) Indoor pool area heated to 30 degrees
- Hours: Monday and Tuesday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Wednesday to Sunday: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

b) Fully equipped gym 24 hours a day

c) Pool bar with pool table
-Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 12:00 am
Friday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 1:00 am

d) Rooftop and jacuzzis
-Hours: Monday and Tuesday 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Wednesday to Sunday: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

e) Fire pit and grill area
-Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 12:00 am
Friday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 1:00 am

f) Children's play area (9:00 am to 9:00 pm)
g) Children's playroom (7:00 am to 9:00 pm)

IMPORTANT: The amenities are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the guests. The amenities are subject to schedule changes due to maintenance or other situations of force majeure WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, which are not controlled by DESTYNA, but by the condominiums where the accommodations are located.

Other things to note

RAPPI and Uber Eats services travel to the tower (they are received directly in the lobby, they are NOT allowed to enter the apartment doors).

Dry cleaning or spa-massage services are offered (with extra cost); directly in the lobby of the tower.

Quiet hours in the tower are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

For security reasons, visitors are NOT allowed in the apartments. Only visits for work or medical reasons for a period of no more than 1 hour directly in the tower's meeting room or lobby.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
-You must refrain from smoking in the accommodation. Smoking inside the property will result in a fine of $2,500 MXN for disinfection and blocking.
-Parties and meetings are not allowed. Nor is loud music (greater than 65 decibels) at any time of the day.
-Failure to comply with any point of the Internal Regulations of the Condominium may result in fines from 1 to 8 monthly payments of the maintenance amount of the property.
