BEDROOMS:
-Primary Bedroom: Relax in a spacious King-size bed, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a glass shower enclosure. A space designed for resting after a productive workday.

Includes:
-Toilet paper, hotel-style mini shampoo and soap (provided at the beginning of your stay)
-Full set of sheets and a comforter per bedroom
-Towels: two bath towels and one hand towel


SOCIAL AREA:
-Living room with Smart TV
-Sofa bed for 2 additional guests
(Note: sofa bed is at floor level, similar to a cushioned mat. Recommended only for emergencies or short stays.)
-Dining table with four chairs and a breakfast bar with two additional stools
-Natural lighting with large windows


KITCHEN:
-Fully equipped so you feel right at home:
-Refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, and blender
-Dishes, cutlery, glassware, and basic kitchen utensils
-Initial supplies: napkins, dish soap, and trash bags (limited quantity at the beginning of your stay)

Guest access

Access to the apartment is via a key box with an assigned code.

To access the MOTTO condominium, all guests must provide official identification in advance; they must present it physically upon arrival.

The MOTTO apartment tower offers the following amenities at no additional cost:
