Guest access

Access to the apartment is via ELECTRONIC LOCK, through a mobile app (August App - free). It is essential to have a smartphone.

The final price of the apartment is based on the number of guests who will use the property.

To access the LATITUD LA VICTORIA condominium, it will be necessary to send official identification of all guests in advance; as well as present them physically upon arrival.

IMPORTANT: The amenities are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the guests. The amenities are subject to schedule changes due to maintenance or other situations of force majeure WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, which are not controlled by DESTYNA, but by the condominiums where the accommodations are located.

Other things to note

- The tower has RAPPI and Uber Eats service.

- Cleaning during your stay is available for an additional cost of: $420 per scheduled day.

- Quiet hours in the tower are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

- For security reasons, visitors are not allowed in the apartments. Only visits for work or medical reasons with prior authorization and registration.
