Access to the apartment is via ELECTRONIC LOCK, through a mobile app (August App-free). A smartphone is required.

***All amenities must be previously reserved in the tower lobby (subject to availability).

IMPORTANT: The amenities are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the guests. The amenities are subject to schedule changes due to maintenance or other situations of force majeure WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, which are not controlled by DESTYNA, but by the condominiums where the accommodations are located.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT: The final price of the property is based on the number of guests who will occupy the property. (Single, double, triple or quadruple occupancy)

ESSENTIAL: present identification of all guests, both in their digital registration and in person at the security booth upon arrival.

- The tower has a RAPPI and Uber Eats service. Food is sent with security guards to the door of the apartment.

- Extra cleaning during your stay is available for an additional cost of: $350 per scheduled day.

- Quiet hours in the tower are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
