What steps i need to follow to enlist my property under your management?

The first step is the PROPERTY EVALUATION. DESTYNA will request general information about the property and conduct an on-site visit. Once the analysis is complete, we proceed with the ONBOARDING. This step involves a 10-12 business days process where the entire DESTYNA team works to understand your property, create all the photographic and descriptive content for its promotion, and train the operational staff involved. And that's it! We are READY to rent..

What do I need to have in my property to have it managed?

What expenses should I consider as a property owner?
