Guest access

Access to the condominium requires OFFICIAL ID. There are 2 security entrances (Sonterra and Arezzo II).

Access to the house is autonomous with a padlock with a security code.

Arezzo II Condominium:
-Pool area with ambient temperature
-Play area for children

Sonterra Condominium:
-Green recreational areas

IMPORTANT: The amenities are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the guests. The amenities are subject to schedule changes due to maintenance or other situations of force majeure WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, which are not controlled by DESTYNA, but by the condominiums where the accommodations are located.

Other things to note

- It is essential to indicate the total number of people who will enter the house in order to provide them with access at the security booth. In addition, sheets and towels are provided according to the number of people confirmed.

- Cleaning during your stay is available for an additional cost of: $390 per scheduled day.

- Quiet hours in the condominium are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
