AVANTA apartment tower:
-Outdoor pool area with temperatures between 28-30 degrees (with notice of at least 6 hours before use)
Available: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - 7 am to 9 pm
Tuesday and Friday from 2pm to 9pm.
-Family Room available from 9am to 11 pm

IMPORTANT: The amenities are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the guests. The amenities are subject to schedule changes due to maintenance or other situations of force majeure WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, which are not controlled by DESTYNA, but by the condominiums where the accommodations are located.

Other things to note

- IMPORTANT: The final price of the property is based on the number of guests who will occupy the property.
(Single, double, triple or quadruple occupancy.)

- ESSENTIAL: present identification of all guests, both in their digital registration and in person at the security booth upon arrival.

- The tower has a RAPPI and Uber Eats service. Food must be picked up downstairs at the security booth in the parking lot.

- Extra cleaning during your stay is available for an additional cost of: $350 per scheduled day.

- Quiet hours in the tower are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
