Guest access

Access to the property is autonomous with an electronic keypad (security code assigned per stay) and access to the rooms is with the key inside the code box located next to each of the room doors.

Terrace:
-Terrace furniture available for guest use.
-Grill available for guest use (with prior notice). Additional cost for cleaning the area: $350 pesos.


IMPORTANT: The amenities and accommodation are for the exclusive use of the guests staying only. Visitors are not allowed.

Quiet hours on the property range from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

IMPORTANT: The final price of the property is for the NUMBER OF PEOPLE (guests) who will occupy the property.

-Parties or meetings are not allowed. No loud music either.
***In case of any complaint from neighbors or other tenants, they may be subject to fines.
