Guest access

- Access to the apartment is by means of ELECTRONIC LOCK with a key/code assigned to your reservation.

- The final price of the apartment is according to the number of guests who will use the property (i.e., per occupancy).

- To access the MOTTO condominium, it will be necessary to previously send official identification of all guests; as well as present them physically upon arrival.

MOTTO apartment tower, have the following amenities available at no additional cost:

a) Indoor pool area heated to 30 degrees
Hours: Monday and Tuesday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Wednesday to Sunday: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

b) Fully equipped gym 24 hours a day

c) Pool bar with pool table
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 12:00 am
Friday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 1:00 am

d) Rooftop and jacuzzis

IMPORTANT: The amenities are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the guests. The amenities are subject to schedule changes due to maintenance or other situations of force majeure WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, which are not controlled by DESTYNA, but by the condominiums where the accommodations are located.

Other things to note

- RAPPI and Uber Eats services are available in the tower (they are received directly in the lobby, they are NOT allowed to enter the apartment doors).

- Dry cleaning or spa-massage services are offered (with extra cost); directly in the lobby of the tower.

- Cleaning during your stay is available at an additional cost of:
$350.00 pesos (1 room)
$400.00 pesos (2 rooms)
$500.00 pesos (3 rooms)

- Quiet hours in the tower are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

- For security reasons, external visits to the property or amenities of the condominium are NOT allowed. Access is only allowed to guests included in the reservation.

ADDITIONAL RULES:

- Smoking must be refrained from in the accommodation. Smoking inside the property will result in a fine of $2,500 MXN for disinfection and blocking.

- Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Nor is loud music (over 65 decibels) allowed at any time of the day.

- Failure to comply with any point of the Internal Regulations of the Condominium may result in fines from 1 to 8 monthly payments of the maintenance amount of the property.
