Other things to note

The tower offers a convenience store in the shopping plaza (Super Q) and Oxxo and Starbucks across the street.

Cleaning services during your stay are available for an additional fee of $500 per scheduled day.

Quiet hours in the tower are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

For security reasons, visitors are NOT allowed in the apartments.

RULES:
-No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
-Parties and gatherings are not allowed, nor is loud music.
***In the event of any complaints from neighbors or tower management, they may be subject to fines of up to $15,000 MXN (or the amount established in the internal regulations).
