Some of the requirements include:

• Presenting proof of income with at least 3 months of history.
• Providing a photograph of your valid official identification.
• Completing and passing the Destyna Analysis (this application incurs a fee amount of 30% of the rental value).
• Paying one month of current rent.
• Paying the security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent).

If you book through our website, we will invoice 100% of the amount charged. If you reserve through a different agency or platform (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO), ask us! We have options that invoice a portion of the reservation and others that invoice 100% of your charge.

Yes! You will be able to use all the amenities at no additional cost.
It is IMPORTANT to read the terms and conditions of each property. Additionally, DESTYNA does not have control over the condominium amenities, so ALL amenities are subject to 100% availability at the condominium. DESTYNA does not control schedule changes, temporary closures for maintenance, or damages, among other situations.

• For good coexistence, NO VISITORS of any kind are allowed in our properties for stays less than one month.
• For the safety of the condominiums, ALL guests must submit their official identifications during the ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION and upon physically arriving at the security booth of the condominium/subdivision.
